Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On June 1 2019, Walter Weyler resigned as a director of Liquidmetal Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Weyler did not resign because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
